Israeli born and Berlin based muscian, artist, and Elvis fanatic Charlie Megira showed me some of the places that have become closest to his heart since he'd been in Asheville. He tells me about his love for yellow American school buses, his Alan Vega tattoo, we sing Roy Orbison. He talks about his infamous Eko gutair, how he bought it later and life and taught himself how to play. He oozes mystery, and child-like wonderment. Charlie passed away November 2016, about a year after we spent this day together. https://charliemegira.bandcamp.com/
